Bangor / Gwynedd and May Pen / Clarendon links

The possibility of linking North Wales and Clarendon was first discussed in 2016 during the Welsh Delegation visit to Jamaica.

In 2018 further discussions sought agreement from both Councils to attempt linking and exploring shared histories and current challenges.

The Jamaican High Commission accepted an invitation to attend a Civic reception at Penrhyn Hall Council Chamber in Bangor during his tour of Wales. 

So the expression 'Work in Progress' best describes this!
